1.  Mohammed Soeharto (Indonesia)
Soeharto was second President of Indonesia and he served his country for 32 years, from 1968 to 1968; According to latest reports he is one of the most corrupt politicians of the world,Trasnparency international has put him on top of the list of most corrupt politicians and his critics allege him of misappropriating about $ 15-30 Billion during his reign. Mohammed Soeharto is also blamed for death of 100000 of East Timor during his 24-year rule.

2. Ferdinand Marcos (Philipinese)

Ferdinand Marcos was a lawyer and served as President of the Philippines 1965-1986, according to estimates he plundered an estimated $ 5 to 10 billion of public wealth Government of the Philippines. 3. Sani Abacha (Nigeria)
